COOL Tourism Project

COOL Tourism logoWest Somerset Council has been working with 11 local authority and destination management partners on the EU Interreg funded COOL Tourism Project since 2012. It is set to finish in Spring 2015.

The project has sought to identify new and innovative opportunities to grow and promote rural tourism in the area and across the partner regions.

Along with Somerset County Council, Sedgemoor District Council and Exmoor National Park Authority, West Somerset Council helped to develop a bid to EU Interreg with partners in Norfolk, Essex, Kent, Pas de Calais and The Somme.
