Change of Club Rules/Details

When changes are made to the club rules, name or registered address, the local authority must be notified of those changes under sections 82 or 83 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Notification must be served on the Local Authority within 28 days following the day on which the change of name or alteration to the rules is made.

You can use the form under 'related documents' to notify the authority of any changes or apply on line.

The notification must be accompanied by the Club Premises Certificate and the fee of £10.50.
