How do I appeal my Excess Charge Notice?
Excess Charge Notices are issued to all vehicles that are parked in contravention of the current Council Parking Orders by trained Parking Officers.
If you would like to appeal your Excess Charge Notice, you must do so in writing by using the online form Parking Fine Appeal, email or letter within seven days from the date of issue.
