How can I apply for a share of Planning Obligations monies?
Some examples of local Planning Obligation projects:
- Providing equipment and facilities for play areas or open spaces
- Regeneration initiatives - for example boosting run-down areas nearby to new developments
- Grants to improve existing or build new community buildings
- Improving or building new footpaths or cycleways
