Major Planning Applications
For major planning applications which are of interest to a community or, indeed, to the district as a whole, all plans and documentations are put on our website in addition to the usual notice(s) put on site, letters to immediate surrounding neighbours and details published in the West Somerset Free Press.
As with all planning applications, major applications can also be viewed in the printed form at West Somerset House in Williton or, by arrangement at the Customer Contact Centre in Summerland Road, Minehead.
The consultation period for comments for all applications is three weeks after the application has been publicised. Generally, however, all comments will be taken into account up until the application has been determined.
