EDF Energy Pre-Application Consultation
In advance of making the DCO application, EDF Energy is required to undertake pre-application consultation in accordance with the Planning Act 2008. EDF Energy will be undertaking public consultation in two stages.
Stage 1 Consultation
The first consultation stage ran from 16 November 2009 to 11 January 2010.

Stage 2 Consultation
The Stage 2 Consultation on Preferred Proposals ran from 9th July 2010 to 4th October 2010
The Stage 2 Consultation was considered at a meeting of the Full Council on the 23rd September 2010. Details of the Full Council meeting are provided in the minutes on the right hand side.
