High Hedges
The Local Authority has the power to deal with complaints about high hedges which are having an adverse effect on a neighbouring property owner's enjoyment of his or her domestic property.
The Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003, Part 8 High Hedges applies to predominantly evergreen hedges over two metres in height.
