Completion Certificate
If your works have a satisfactory final inspection by the Building Control Officer you will receive a completion certificate. The completion certificate will be useful to a property owner for future property transactions and may be required by solicitors, banks or building societies.
If you lose your completion certificate and wish to obtain a copy we require a written request giving us the application number, full address of the site location and a description of the works. We also require a fee of £5.00 inclusive of VAT to cover administration costs. Copies of certificates are not available for applications over 15 years old.
