Licensing
West Somerset Council is responsible for the administration and enforcement of licences within West Somerset.
The Licensing Unit is part of the Environmental Health & Licensing Team in the Council. Currently this Unit deals with around 350 applications for licences annually.
The Council is presently reviewing the application process to enable online applications.
