Somerset West Private Sector Housing Partnership is committed to working with private landlords and agents to encourage a vibrant, affordable private rented sector with decent properties for all. We will provide quality information and advice to help successful businesses develop their housing portfolio.
Our aim is to improve conditions in the private sector and to prevent homelessness. It is therefore essential that we support and encourage responsible renting.
