Disabled Facilities Grants and Adaptations
If you have a disability and find it difficult getting in or around your home, or using the facilities within your home, we may be able to give you a grant to help adapt it to suit your needs so that you can continue to live independently.
It does not matter if you are an owner-occupier, private tenant, housing association tenant or council tenant. You can apply as the disabled person, or you can apply on behalf of a disabled person if they are living with you. The person with the disability does not have to be registered as disabled.

All applications are subject to an assessment and recommendation from an Occupational Therapist.
