Dates of West Somerset's Area Panels
Monday 12 July 2010
Dates for the rest of this year’s West Somerset Area Panels have been released today. The panels bring together clusters of parishes so that local issues and problems or suggestions for improvement can be discussed by local authorities and other interested parties.
Members of the public are welcomed at these events, which start with a Partners and Communities Together section where residents can have their say on any issues.
Bruce Lang, Corporate Director at West Somerset Council, said: “Previous panels have been successful in addressing motoring problems and anti-social behaviour issues. People also have good ideas on how local authorities can improve services to them, so we welcome their input.”
