On 6 January 2012 Taunton Magistrates Court passed sentence on Annette Bond (45) of Quarry Close, Alcombe, Minehead, in respect of three offences of benefit fraud brought by West Somerset Council. Mrs Bond had pleaded guilty at a previous hearing in November.
