A copy of this form will be logged in a central register and passed to the appropriate service area.

You will receive an acknowledgement telling you who is dealing with your complaint.

Within 20 days of the date of that acknowledgement you will receive, in writing, either a full report, or a progress report if more details are required.

If you are not satisfied with the reply you receive, then you should write to the Acting Proper Officer, who will carry out a further review.
