Bulky Household Waste Collection
To request collection of bulky items and white goods (fridges, ovens etc), please complete this form.
Bulky items are classed as items that you would take with you if you moved house.
The charge for this service is £38.15 for one to three items and £8.35 for each additional item, up to a maximum of five items.
Bulky waste collections will be made Monday to Friday between 7am and 3pm, within 2 weeks of the customer request.
Bulky items should be left outside the house but within the curtilage of the property (to avoid obstruction of footpaths).
Please note that no refunds are given if the request is cancelled by the customer.
Your form will be received by our Customer Services Team who will deal with your request and contact you to arrange payment for the service.
