Grounds Maintenance
The West Somerset Council "In-House" Team carries out grounds maintenance operations on Council owned land within the District.
Operations include:
- grass cutting and strimming
- tree surgery
- shrub and rose bed maintenance
- flowerbed maintenance
- maintenance of seats and benches
- maintenance of fences, gates
- walls and other hard landscape features
- new landscaping/refurbishment works
- maintenance of water features/rhynes
Grounds maintenance operations are carried out on sites as follows:-
- Urban Highway Verges
- Parks and Gardens
- Public Open Spaces
