Public Register
This information is provided under the requirements for the Licensing Authority to maintain a public register which can be viewed free of charge during office hours. The applications, licences and supporting documents are available to view at the West Somerset Council Offices, Killick Way, Williton, Taunton, Somerset during office hours.
The Licensing Act 2003 does make provision for members of the public to comment upon Premises Licences or Club Premises Certificates issued by this Authority. You may ask for a review of a licence under the Licensing Act if you are experiencing problems from a licensed premises, please view the Licensing Act 2003 pages for further information.
