Group Managers
The Group Managers work closely with the Chief Executive, Corporate Director and elected Members to:
- develop and implement the Corporate Plan, Community Strategy and the Medium Term Financial Plan
- secure the delivery of excellent services within the Groups for which they have a responsibility, as agreed and, from time to time, varied by the council
- develop and maintain positive relationships and partnerships both within and external to the council, in order to achieve these objectives
