The Purpose of Cabinet
The Cabinet are responsible for decisions affecting the day-to-day running of the Council, linking the necessary action to implement the Council's policies. It has the responsibility to listen to and be advised by the Scrutiny Committee. The Cabinet are the policy forming team for the Council.
