Watchet East Wharf Development
In 2008, Urban Splash gained planning approval for a £12m scheme to redevelop Watchet’s East Wharf for a mixed development of retail units, community space and housing.
The scheme includes 86 one and two bed apartments, commercial space designed to accommodate a bistro and retail units, and community space.
