The Roughmoor Enterprise Centre in Williton comprises 15 modern units. These are let to businesses as diverse as a vets and a vehicle repair shop.
Units are leased on a 3 or 5 year basis and benefit from planning permission for B1 (light industrial/office) use. Prices range from £6.00 per square foot plus VAT for the small units while larger units are £4.50 per square foot plus VAT.
To help businesses start up or transfer to the site, West Somerset Council offers a 20% rent reduction during the first year of tenancy and 10% during the second year (after this time, rents revert to full market value).
