Community Strategy
The West Somerset Sustainable Community Strategy 2007-2010 aims to achieve healthy, strong and safe communities in the district. It identifies issues of local importance and its accompanying action plan sets targets to improve social and business opportunities in West Somerset. The Strategy acts as a vital link between the community and its aspirations and the agencies that can facilitate or deliver changes and improvements within the district.
The West Somerset Sustainable Community Strategy has been produced by a partnership drawn from the public, private, voluntary and community sectors who together form the West Somerset Strategic Partnership. The Strategy was officially launched on 2 March 2007.
